@dollskill life will continue to break the ego down, giving the soul opportunity after opportunity to release trauma… when the layers begin to shed, the illusion of attachment and separation begins to dissipate. There is a pain associated with it but when it gets heavy enough, surrender becomes the only option. At that point you let it all go. Because you were only holding on to the thought. You release your grips to anything perceived outside yourself and realize all is one. As you fall into the abyss within you, Itβs at that very point that you free yourself.
